This year's 57th annual Fan District Association Holiday House Tour will beheld Saturday and Sunday, December 14th & 15th, from 12:00 - 5:00 eachday. Tickets will be $25.00 before the tour and $35.00 the day of.

Tickets are $25 in advance, $35 day of tour
You may purchase your tickets online for $25 each before 5:00 pm December 13, or by visiting anumber of stores in your area starting November 14.
DAY OF TOUR tickets are $35 and can be purchased from thefollowing Hospitality Center locations December 14 & 15 (open 11:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. on Saturdayand 11:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. on Sunday)

Free Parking on Day of Tour
- Park at Retreat Doctors’ Hospital, 2621 Grove Avenue (levels 3, 4 & 5)
- Free Trolleys are provided along the tour route - check your ticket for trolley stop locations.
House Rules
- High-heeled shoes are not allowed as they could damage historic wooden floors
- Please turn off cell phones inside the homes
- No smoking, eating or drinking inside the homes
- No strollers or backpacks
- Please do not touch furniture or decorative objects
- Wheelchairs cannot be accommodated
