The FDA will be hosting a neighborhood event for National Night Out on Aug. 5, 2025. Join us at Meadow Park from 5:30-7:30 p.m. for an evening of free community fun. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
Bring a picnic dinner and listen to live music, enjoy ice pops, popcorn, yard games, and say "Thank You" to our first responders.
There will also be ways to get involved with the Fan community:
- Fox Elementary PTA will be selling Heart Flags.
- The Red Cross will be there with information sheets on safety and donating blood.
- Sign up to Adopt a Tree, and more
Our sources also tell us that McGruff the Crime Dog has promised to stop by!
National Night Out is an annual event designed to
- Heighten awareness of crime and drug prevention;
- Generate support for, and participation in, local anti-crime efforts;
- Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police‐community partnerships; and
- Send a message to criminals letting them know neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.
