Now in its sixth decade, the Annual FDA Holiday House Tour features homes that capture the neighborhood’s architectural cohesiveness, yet its’ spectacular distinctiveness, that exists nowhere else in the US. Come see what makes the Fan, uniquely Richmond!

Tickets are good for both days. Each home may be toured once. Pre-sale tickets are limited.

The Annual Holiday House Tour raises funds to support the FDA’s dedication to the preservation, restoration, and betterment of the community.

The Fan Area Historic District is a residential neighborhood developed largely from 1890-1930. The neighborhood is unquestionably one of the city’s greatest architectural assets displaying a rich, cohesive collection of historic homes in a variety of architectural styles such as Victorian, Italianate, Richardson Romanesque, Queen Anne, Colonial Revival, Bungalow, American Arts and Crafts, Tudor Revival, Spanish Colonial, and Art Deco.

PURCHASE A PRESALE TICKET $45 HERE

You must pick up your physical ticket starting from 11:30am - 4pm on Saturday, December 14th or 11:30am 2pm December 15th at the FDA Office, located at 208 Strawberry St, prior to beginning the tour! We are also offering early pickup at the office on TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND THURSDAY December 5TH - 7TH from 5:30PM-7PM!

DAY OF TOUR tickets will be sold for $60 each at the FDA Office

PLEASE NOTE: Your ticket is good for one complete tour. The tour can be completed in one day or started on Saturday and finished on Sunday.
