• Keep up-to-date on important neighborhood information through our weekly email newsletter and quarterly FanFare magazine.
• Get to know more of your neighbors through social events and volunteer opportunities like the annual Holiday House Tour and the Fan Arts Stroll.

How the FDA serves Fan residents and the community:

• Promote improved parking, safety, and neighborhood appearance through strong relationships and advocacy with VCU, police, and the city.
• Preserve the historic character of the Fan by representing the interests ofresidentsand businesses, especially in matters of zoning and property development.
• Provide grants for important causes in the Fan District and the City of Richmond funded by proceeds from our annual Holiday House Tour.

Membership options

Individual: $25 annually. One person living in the Fan. Allows voting and full membership benefits.

Household: $30 annually. Two people living in the Fan, same address. Allows voting for both members and full membership benefits.

Organization/Business: $50 annually. Business or organization with one designated representative. Allows voting and full membership benefits.

Friend of the Fan: $25 annually. One person who works in or is connected to the Fan in some way but doesn't live or own property in the district.

Student: $5 annually. One full-time student who lives in the Fan. Allows voting and full membership benefits.
