How the FDA serves Fan residents and the community
- Works to improve parking, safety, and neighborhood appearance together with VCU, police, and the city.
- Helps to keep the historic character of the Fan for residents, businesses, and visitors, by working with the city on zoning and property development issues.
- Awards grants for important causes in the Fan District and the City of Richmond with the proceeds from our annual Holiday House Tour.
Membership options
Household: $30 annually. Two people living in the Fan, same address. Allows voting for both members and full membership benefits.
Individual: $25 annually. One person living in the Fan. Allows voting and full membership benefits.
Organization/Business: $50 annually. Business or organization with one designated representative. Allows voting and full membership benefits.
Friend of the Fan: $25 annually. One person who works in or is connected to the Fan in some way but doesn't live or own property in the district.
Student: $5 annually. One full-time student who lives in the Fan. Allows voting and full membership benefits.
