GUEST AND CONTRACTOR PARKING

GUEST PARKING

Yearlong guest passes that are placed on a dashboard may only be purchased at the time a window sticker is purchased - see check boxes on the form.  Up to two guest passes may be purchased per household.

One Day Special Event Courtesy Passes are available from City Hall, Collections Division, Room 102, 900 East Broad Street for home owners who are hosting a one-day special event. These passes are placed on a dashboard and function the same as the guest passes except they are valid only for the day of the special event. Home owners should contact Stacy Franklin, Parking Manager at (804) 646-6397 or Stacy.Franklin@Richmondgov.com to arrange for One Day Special Event Courtesy Passes.

CONTRACTOR PARKING

Similarly, contractor parking passes may be obtained while work is being done on homes. To request a contractor permit, email Steven.Bergin@Richmondgov.com the following information:

• Contractor name, address, phone and email address
• Where parking is needed
• The length of the project
• Number of permits requested
